What is my ring size?

How to measure your finger to get your ring size?

Different options are available:

  • Wrap a piece of string or paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length with a ruler to determine your finger circumference. You can then confort the circumference to ring size using the table below.
  • Measure the diameter of a ring that fits well and convert using the table below.
  • Visit a jewellery shop and have your ring size professionally measured using their specialised tools for the most accurate fit.
  • A ring should fit snugly but comfortably—tight enough that it doesn’t easily slide off, yet loose enough to glide over your knuckle with a bit of resistance.
  • Note that not only each finger might have a different size, but the same finger on the left and right hand might have different sizes.

When to measure your ring size?

Remember, your fingers aren't the same size all day long! They often swell in the evenings and can be influenced by things like hormones, heat, humidity, medication, hydration, workout and more.

To get the perfect fit, try measuring your finger at different times of the day—or even over a few days. This way, you’ll find the size that feels just right, no matter the time or circumstance.
